As Vice President for Digital Projects and Innovation, Khaled Al Blooshi is responsible for formulating and delivering ADNOC’s digital transformation strategy. He leads a team of experts specializing in data science, robotics, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to identify and implement innovations to enhance efficiency, safety and sustainability across ADNOC’s operations.
During his career at ADNOC, spanning over 20 years, Al Blooshi has held several senior engineering and maintenance roles, including leading the development of ADNOC’s flagship Panorama Digital Command Center from concept to operationalization.
Al Blooshi also serves as President of the UAE Section of the International Society of Automation (ISA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE.

Working since 2013 for the Technip Energies procurement organization, I was involved in several major projects, mainly as buyer and as project procurement manager. I’m now the category manager in charge of instrumentation, trying to optimize our relationship with our supply chain instrumentation partners. I especially follow the new products and new solutions that can support the energy transition and, in particular, the GHG emissions reduction.
Paolo Argenta is currently Executive Vice President of Tenova Metals, responsible for the Upstream Business Unit which includes direct reduction plants and melt shops for steel and other metals, and TAT which includes all hydrometallurgical technologies in Tenova’s portfolio.
He has been working in the business of metallurgical plants (both for steel and mining) since 1995, covering different executive positions in Tenova and Danieli, not only in Italy but also in the USA, South Africa, and Thailand.
He holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, gained at the University of Genoa (Italy). He now lives in Como (Italy) and has two children.
