1. Log in at least 5 mins before the start of the sessions via desktop devices to ensure best viewing experience. Media clips are not playable via mobile devices and we do have product/solution demonstrations we want to show you in some sessions! |
2. Make sure you are on Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.10 or beyond. |
3. Microsoft Edge, Chrome, FireFox and Safari are supported. However, we highly recommend Chrome as the browser to use. Ensure you have the latest version installed. |
4. Ensure your browser is configured to stream media. You will need a minimum Internet connection of 800 Kbps for an optimal experience. You can conduct a check of your internet speed at speedtest.net. |
5. Prepare your favourite beverage and set it next to you. Our compelling sessions will keep you rooted to your seat and you would unlikely be able to step away until the end of sessions. |

Browse for a session by selecting the filters on the left navigation tab. Alternatively, you may wish to search by typing a particular keyword or session ID number in the search bar. Add the session to your favorites by clicking on the heart icon on the top right of the session title.
You may wish to watch the following video on How to Add Session to guide you through the process.
**NOTE: If you make any changes to your session schedule be sure to re-download the calendar since changes do not automatically sync.
All sessions are hosted on the ON24 platform. It is not required to install any plugin prior to the conference. We encourage you to use the latest version of web browser (Chrome is highly recommended) to log in to your Attendee Portal: https://reg.rainfocus.com/flow/emerson/egueap21/RegistrationAP21/login.
You will be redirected to ON24 virtual room after selecting a session to attend. You may wish to further refer to the ON24 guide for more information.
During Event
From the My Agenda area, you will see Starting Soon, 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. When it’s time to start, you will need to refresh your screen to see the Join Webinar link. Click on Join Webinar and the session will begin.

Network congestion may occur. To alleviate network congestion, close other applications that are running in the background and refresh your window. If the issue persists, kindly exit the portal entirely and re-enter the session.
Click on the Ask Question button of the navigation panel which is located at the bottom of the session room. Type in your question via the window. Please note that we have disabled all voice features and attendees will be automatically muted upon entering the session.
Clicking on the Contact Me button in the session room will bring up a Contact form. Provide us your name, contact details and a description of your inquiry, and click Submit Form. We will get back to your inquiry soonest possible.
Post Event
Once the session has ended, the ability to replay the session webinar will become available, denoted by a Replay Webinar button.
You can re-watch the sessions by accessing your Attendee Portal.
Selected sessions will be available via on-demand replay. We welcome attendees to continue to access the conference after the end of the LIVE event. New attendees can continue to register for the event before accessing a particular session.
