Pinch Solenoid Valves
Pinch solenoid valves shut off or control the flow of high purity liquids that travel through flexible, disposable tubing. Pneumatic pinch valves control media flow by using pressurized air to operate the pinching mechanism and open or close the valve. A solenoid pinch valve electronically controls the movement of the plunger, which controls the valve's on/off position. ASCO 2- and 3-way pinch valves from Emerson are designed to assure integrity of high-purity liquids in biopharmaceutical processing, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, single-use technology (SUT), chromatography, and in food and beverage markets.
