If you have lower production requirements or are new to ultrasonic technology, Branson’s 2000 Series Integrated Benchtop Systems offer a convenient, portable setup. Combining a power supply module, process controls and welding stand in a compact benchtop unit, the 2000IW+ features digital controls for accuracy and repeatability, an optical linear encoder for distance control, and three different power outputs.
The IW+ can weld, stake, insert, swage, spot weld, and degate thermoplastics, and also seal synthetic fabrics, films, and other thin materials. Simple, fast and efficient, the IW+ features an optical linear encoder, giving you the option of time mode, absolute distance mode, or collapse distance mode.
