The Downtime analysis module displays production downtime statistics classified by duration and frequency. Values are retrieved from the historical log and represented graphically according to period, batch, shift and operator filter type. The graphical representations display data in a meaningful way using histograms or overlapping statistics curves, with printing options. In addition to statistical calculations and graphical representations, the system also can display summary tables with filtered data in detailed report format.

The Movicon Pro.Lean licensing policy
Pro.Lean offers an optional cost model and requires a Movicon.NExT SCADA PRO Runtime license sized adequately to the number of OEEs needed. The Pro.Lean module includes a Wizard and an SQL Server calculation database. Most licenses include use of SQL Server Express, which is included free of charge. Customized options are also available.
The Pro.Lean© Licensing Scheme:
The Pro.Lean© Wizard is used to create projects and requires no additional programming or coding. The Wizard’s step-by-step procedures insert system parameters needed to calculate the KPI, OEE and downtimes. The module offers simple automated configuration, and is based on a I/O data project previously created with Movicon.NExt.
The Pro.Lean module requires a Movicon.NExT 3.1 PRO Runtime license, or later, sized adequately to the number of OEEs needed. The connected field data to be managed (e.g., PLC) are:

Demo Mode
When no license is detected at startup, Movicon will alert the user and run in ‘Demo mode’ with a fully functional editor and a maximum runtime limit of two hours.
