With large install base systems, your installed SCADA and terminal automation technologies can become obsoleted over time due to component shortages, product age and technology changes. In these cases, Emerson's goal is to ensure you have full support coverage as you migrate to our new offerings in a phased approach. As you migrate to newer products, the older products that are removed become valuable assets and should be considered an integral part of the maintenance strategy for your install base. Our factory staff can test and refurbish your legacy inventory, as determined by you, to cover older product repairs until these products are migrated out of your install base.
