Emerson offers trusted repairs and product services through our Certified Product Service Centers. These worldwide centers perform calibrations, updates, and repairs on AMS products to dramatically increase service levels for Emerson customers.
It is important to protect your product and technology investments, especially when it comes to repairs. In addition to our specific Device Calibration Service, Emerson Certified Product Service Centers are available to perform updates, repairs, and refurbishments. Emerson consultants can also repair other previously unrecognized issues. Emerson’s service centers have the specific expertise, tools, OEM parts, and quality assurance processes in place to ensure the service meets Emerson’s highest level of quality. For example, calibrations require an Emerson calibration firmware tool that is unique for every specific CSI firmware version — only Certified Product Service Centers have this unique capability.
