Rosemount™ 499ADO Dissolved Oxygen Sensor
Product Description
The Rosemount 499ADO Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Sensor is a membrane covered amperometric sensor that continuously measures dissolved oxygen between 0 and 20 ppm. This DO sensor is ideal for measuring dissolved oxygen in aeration basins in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.

- 32 to 122 °F (0 to 50 °C)
- Measurement Range
- 0 to 20 ppm (mg/L) as O2. For measurements at the ppb level, choose Rosemount 499ATrDO Dissolved Oxygen Sensor.
- Operating Pressure
- 0 to 65 psig (101 to 549 kPa abs)
- Materials of Construction
- Wetted Materials: Noryl™, Viton™, EPDM, Teflon and silicone

- Installs in aeration basins or sidestream samples
- Rugged construction
- Easily replaceable membrane; no special tools required
- Automatic compensation for changes in membrane permeability with temperature
- Automatic pressure equalization maintains correct membrane tension
- Variopol connector option allows the sensor to be replaced without running new cable
